Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! I hope you all are wearing green or imma have to pinch you! ;D

After using the silver rhinestones I got from Sonja, I really wanted other colors, so I wen to Hobby Lobby and found some colored rhinestones that I thought would be small enough to use on my eyes and nails. They are a little bigger than I thought they were but I can still use them on my eyes :D I got green, red and pearl. I am really excited to use the pearl ones :D

They came in strips for about 3 dollars each

My nail polish is Wet n Wild Sunny Side Up

I really liked this look but it was so bothersome to wear. From the rhinestones to the false lashes, my eyes where burning up and watering all day. My eyes are getting watery just from thinking about it. It may not be the most conventional look but I still love it! :D

A while back, an Indie Company called Glamour Doll Eyes contacted me. They sent me 6 loose Eyeshadows of my choice to swatch, use and review for you guys here on my blog :D I was really excited when they contacted me because I had heard about glamour doll eyes and had seen swatches and all the colors looked so amazing and pigmented. You might have heard of them either from A Brilliant Brunette, My Eyeshadow is Odd, or Bows & Curtseys, or a number of any other beauty bloggers/ YouTubers.

Review:

I am really in love with the shadows. They are super pigmented, soft and easy to work with. The darker colors are more pigmented but the bright colors really pop on top of a tacky base such as LA Splash Eyeshadow Sealer(I use this for all my pigments). I will defiantly purchase some more of these in the near future. I have a huge wishlist of all the colors I want!

St. Patrick's day is one of my favorite holidays because it gives me an excuse to wear all green and no one can say anything about it! I mean, how cool is that? Having a whole Holiday surrounding my favorite color! And I get to pinch people who don't wear green? Sounds like a blast to me! So of coarse I had to do a St. Patty's look for you guys! I actually did two, I will show the other look closer to the actual day of St. Patty's. For now, here is a basic green look. I went back to basics for it, using all shadows from my 120 palette which I have sadly been neglecting these past few months. I have forgotten how pigmented they are!

Double Cut Crease

I was really inspired by this look, done by Phlox from Eye Graffiti. I had to give it a try, and I just had painted my nails orange(totally felt like Sailor Venus!) and I wanted to use orange in a look so I would match, and the natural opposite of orange is blue. Thus this look was born! I also wanted to use the glitters from Coastal Scents and the Rhinestones I got from Sonja. Overall this is on my favorite looks I have done in a very long time. It has a special place in my heart ♥

Review: Maybelline Color Tattoo

There was a huge hype over these cream "eye shadows" when they released, so naturally I had to try them. I picked two of the bright shades because A) I love bright Colors and B) Orange and Blue are opposites so I knew they would look sexy together ;D

Review:

What people need to know about this product is that it is not an eye shadow. It is meant to be used as a cream colored base, much like the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil, to be used underneath eye shadows. Many people have compared these to MAC Paint Pot's, but I haven't personally tried those, so I can't compare. Now, that being said, these are pretty friggin amazing. They cost a little more than a NYX Jumbo Pencil, but not by much. They work pretty much the same, but these last a lot longer!

I don't know that this will last 24 hours or what Ink Technology is, but whatever it is, it works! I am just going to let these swatches prove it to you. These are bad ass.

On the left I have the Turquoise from the Wet n Wild Blue Had Me At Hello Palette

Next to that I have NYX eye shadow in Yellow Marigold, both swatched without a base.

Next to those two, I have the same eye shadows applied over the Color Tattoos.

And this is after about 3 hours on my arm. The shadows with no base are practicably gone, while the shadows on top of the Color Tattoos haven't faded a bit! Its friggin magical!

And here are a few basic looks using the Color Tattoos.

Pretty amazing how bright these look after a whole day huh?!

I have heard a lot of negative comments about the PURPLE shade, so I didn't buy that shade, and you probably shouldn't either. But that is the only shade people have had problems with. Here is Sonja's experiences with the purple and other shades of the color tattoos for reference :)

Overall this product has 5 stars in my book and I will defiantly buy another shade soon. Probably Tough and Taupe ;D That shade is VERY popular, almost always sold out.

Quite a while ago, I won a giveaway held by Smashley Smash. You may be wonder who this is. If you are, then you need to know! She is an amazing girl who runs her own indie cosmetics company called Victorian Disco. So far, she only has Eyeshadows and glitters, but I hear she is venturing into primers and lip products ;D

The main reason I love this brand, the main reason I even looked into it, was the fact that she has a Sailor Moon collection of Eyeshadows! How cool is that?! I really like these glosses! They have a unique plastic paddle applicator, and many colors. Nothing to outrageous, color that will look beautiful and natural on any girl. The glosses are a little sticky but they last much longer than most lip-glosses. I can get a good hour out of them before they start to wear off. Most lip-glosses that I try wear off in about 30 minutes. When they do wear off, my lips are not dry at all and are left fully hydrated, which I love. My favorite color is Sorbet and Barley. Sorbet has this "just bitten" look to it and barley is perfect for adding a little shine to a no makeup look(which I wear throughout the weak).

Would I buy again? Yes :D

Review:

I love this! I have been using it everyday since I got it! It has the highlighting cream on the bottom and the blush on the top. At first I was a little stumped by the applicator, flat plastic, but it is actually really good for getting the product on my face and then I blend it out with a brush, or you could just use your fingers. I use a flat topped stippling brush to blend it all out and apply the blush. Both products add just a nice sheen to the face and make you look like your glowing naturally.

I know this is a webcam photo but it really show the natural beauty of the Lipgloss(wearing Moi) and the Highlighting duo. I am also wearing the Brow Duality and the Brow Wiz.

Would I buy again? Yes! But I want to try out some other highlighters before dropping $26 bucks. Although I have a feeling this products will last me a long time.

Review: This is so awesome! It is really perfect for those days when I wake up late and am dead tired. Add a little on the lids and under eye and it refreshes and awakens me. It has a tingly refreshing feeling that really wakes me and makes me feel refreshed and clean. An added bonus, it has slight shimmer so it reflects the light and makes you look more awake.

Would I repurchase: I would say yes, but honestly, washing my face with Clean & Clears Morning Burst face wash has the same effect on me for much cheaper.

My Bedford Holo

When I posted my review of the Anastasia Eyeshadows, I got a comment from Azure from Eye Graffiti, asking to do a look using My Bedford Duo, since I said that was my favorite palette out of all of the shadows I got. And it defiantly is! The shades are so pigmented, I actually had a little trouble with fallout from the darker shade. You just need the tiniest bit of shadows on you brush and it will cover your whole eye! Also, you really need to check out Eye Graffiti, it is an amazing blog full of amazing looks! I get so much inspiration from them, so seriously, check em out HERE! Also, if you wanna see the other eye shadows from Anastasia click HERE.

Also, I wanted to add a little extra pop to the look, so I finally tried out the Coastal Scents Glitters that I got for Christmas. They are so amazing, and cheap and every one who loves glitter needs them! I am going to review/swatch them soon since I got all the colors in sample sizes :)

I really like these duos! They are soft, pigmented, blendable and have nice colors for everyday looks. My Bedford is my favorite of the three palettes. The colors coordinate so well together. Although I couldn't test the "Youthful Synergy™ Complex and Balkan Botanical® Infusion." Because I am a teenager and don't have wrinkles or areas that need to be tightened up. But as far as color, texture and performance they are very nice!

Would I repurchase? I might repurchase My Bedford :D

Cavalli

These shadows don't have individual names but overall I was really unimpressed with this palette. The first shadow dosn't eve show up, zero pigmentation. Same with the third shadow. The others are good but not my personal favoirte

Milky Way

One of the better palettes. All the shadows coordinate with each other nicley and I really like the matte black with sparkles. The biggest disapointment is the purple shadow. No pigmentatio, rough and un-blendable. Can't work with it at all.

Cafe Americano

Another good palette. I really like the green and the black. This palette is mostly matte shades. Although the first shade looks to have no pigmentation, it does as you can see on my eye below.

Would I buy again? No. These palettes have very blah colors, and the are inconsistant is quality & texture. Wet n Wild produces better shadows than these for waaaaaaay less!

Hey guys! I'm not really a big fan of V-day, it's over-commercialized, expensive and redundant. Plus you all know my aversion to pink xD But I got an email the other day from a follower requesting a Valentines day look so I whipped one out for you guys :) I have actually worn this look twice :o

Review:

These are perfect! They have a huge color range so everybody is bound to find something. They are long lasting and very pigmented. I really like how mine is in a palette so when I go to do makeup on clients I have a lot to choose from to get the perfect shade. They come in duo's: one lighter shade and one darker shade. The lighter shade is used to fill in the front of the brow and the darker shade is used to fill in the back. Both shades blend together flawlessly to create a multi-dimensional brow. Although I do think the concealer and brow wax was a waste. Not everybody is the same skin tone so that single concealer won't be of much use the the brow wax is just the Brow Fix in potted form.

Would I repurchase? If they started selling this in palettes if I ever ran out, yes!

How To: What you are supposed to do is pick the stencil that best fits your brow, for me that was the Medium Arch

Then you fill in your brows with a brow powder or whatever and remove the stencil. I used the Brunette Duo from above

After that you are supposed to go ahead and pluck the areas that didn't get filled it. For me it would have been right under the front of my brow. BUT I am trying to grow my brows out so I didn't follow through with the last step. However, Lady Crow from The Crow and the Powderpuff did follow through with all of the steps, so to see that click HERE

Review:

These are really good if you have never plucked or groomed your brows before, because it has an exact guide and the stencils are reusable. I am probably going to find the most use in this on other clients, specifically ones who don't groom their brows. It's very helpful that they come in so many different shapes, something for everyone :)

Would I buy again? Um, probably not. I wont have to because they are reusable, but I have a good idea how to groom eyebrows without them so I wouldn't spend more money on it. But it is worth looking into if you struggle with the shape of your brows :)

Review:

I really like this pencil, and would am eternally grateful that they sell the matte and shimmer shades separately xD. I really don't have any use for the matte shades, they are to dark to be considered a highlight in my opinion. Lace is really golden based, so I can't use it but I would think it would look gorgeous on a really tan girl. I love using Sand on those "no makeup" days, which is quite often lately. It has become a staple in my everyday makeup routine.

Bubble Gum Pop!

Do you guys remember a little while ago I reviewed the Sleek Pout Paints? One of the shades I mixed together was the mega bright/light baby pink and I called it "Bubble Gum Pop" and I decided to do a whole look around it! This is super bright and girly, not normally my taste but I was really diggin' it that day. My mother said she was a little embarrassed to be seen with me because it was soooo bright. I don't care though, its bright and imma rock it!

In this photo I didn't use a flash, I was trying to capture the amazing-ness of Sugarpill's Lumi. I didn't do it justice D: So much prettier in real life. So sparkly and perfect!

Review:

At first, I didn't really like this, because I wasn't used to a liquid brow product. But I actually really like this a lot. It has really good precision, they are too dark or harsh. The pen bleeds a little which is good for creating a softer look. And I really like how the deep shade has a red tinge to it. Mostly because I just dyed my hair a dark maroon color, so this is perfect for me!

Would I repurchase? Absolutely!

Review:

I friggin love this pencil! The color is absolute perfection for natural brows. As you can see from the photo's above, it really enhances my brows and makes them a little fuller without overpowering them. The ultra fine tip is perfect for drawing in the individual hairs where needed. And I love that it has the spooley on the other end. Honestly the spoolies that come with the Anastasia products are the best spoolies ever!

Would I buy again? Absolutely yes!!

Third product I have for you is the Brow Fix

Review:

If you read the description, you can see that they say you can use this for a bazillion things! I have only tested it using it to set my brows, but really it seems the possibilities are endless lol. As for it being a brow wax to set your brows, it kind of lacks. It feels really greasy on the brows, granted the feeling dissipates, but it is rather unpleasant. It makes your brows shiny, as if they were wet. At first it holds the brows in place, but after a little time, my brows started to stray, which was really frustrating. And it feathered out the brow product I had in my brows, so there was brown outside of my brow line, which is not a pretty look.

Would I buy again? No, i'm better off just not using any wax.

Review:

This is much better than the Revlon tweezers I was using before. They really are made of stainless steal, you can just tell they are very sturdy and they will last me a long long time. The only thing that really peeves me about these tweezers is, they are so sharp, that if I am not extra careful it will puncture my skin and I will bleed slightly. That alone is enough for me not to really like them. I do use them every other day, because they are better than my old ones, but they are just a little to sharp.

Would I buy again? I probably wont have to because they will last forever, but no I probably wouldn't. $28.00 for something that will cut me? No thanks.

Woo! Six products down, nine to go! Bear with my guys! It will all be worth it in the end I promise!! ;D

A little while back I was contacted by Anastasia Beverly Hill, they had asked me if I wanted to try out any of their brow products and I said "sure!" I have had some difficulty with my brows recently so I thought I was bound to find the perfect brow product since that is what this company does: Brows.

A little back story:

Review:

I personally am not a huge fan of brow pencils, mostly because I feel they just tug and pull at my skin because they are so stiff. The website says there are good for a natural brow with just the hint of fullness. I disagree, I beleive these would be better for someone looking for a little more coverage. More than a natural brow but less than a drawn on brow. These are perfectly suitable for everyday use and I like that they come in so many different shades.

Would I repurchase? nah probably not, I prefer shadows over pencils though. If you prefer pencils, than you would probably enjoy these :)

Review:

As you can see from the swatches above, these seem to have a satin-y almost metallic aspect to them, which at first I was very confused by. But once applied to the brows that dissipates. These are really good if you just want that extra fullness without completely filling in your brows. Good for someone with naturally full, thick brows. Mine area little sparse at the front and ends, so I often don't reach for this because I need a little more coverage.

Would I repurchase? If I had better natural brows, but since I need to put a little more effort into them, no.

Today, I have decided to post a look a did back in December-A look inspired by the Singer Rihanna :) I used to be a kinda big fan of hers, when she released her first album I bought it and I loved it. This is basically a smokey shimmery brown eye paired with a bold red lip :) I personally think it looks better with a nude lip, at least for day wear. I felt fierce when I finished the eyes but when I put the lipstick on I felt overdone. I don't know, maybe it's just me. haha

Review: Sleek Bad Girl Palette

I am so so so excited to show you guys this palette!! It is my new love, it is the perfect smokey eye palette! All of the shadows are super pigmented and super blendable. I want all the other palettes from Sleek because of this one palette.

This one palette contains lid, crease, defining and highlight colors of various different shades in the cool color spectrum. Hey guys! I FINALLY got around to trying out one of the Calypso Mineral pigments stacks that I won from Sonja's(The Beautiful Life of the Girl Next Door) giveaway a few weeks ago! And let me tell you, I am in love! My favorite out of the ten shadows is True Blue. It is like a matte, shimmer free version of Sugarpill's Royal Sugar!(comparison later in the post)

Alter Ego Collaboration with UrbanelyDecayed

Hey guys!! I got a special look for you today! Me and a few other bloggers are being featured on UrbanelyDecayed's blog throughout the month showcasing our "Alter-Ego's". If you don't know who UrbanelyDecayed is, you should! Her name is Natalie and she is an amazing blogger! She is amazing at Nail Art and crazy colorful looks, so defiantly check her out!

I am really curious if you guys will be able to figure out what my Alter Ego is :D I struggled with it a lot but love the results! It is totally NOT ME! lol

So were you able to figure it out?! ... My alter ego is BARBIE!

I had a really difficult time trying to figure out exactly what my "alter ego" would be. I juggled with icons such as rihanna and beyonce and even Shrinkle from Sugarpill. I ended up having to ask every one of my friends and even they had a hard time coming up with something. In the end I decided to go with a Barbie inspired look because I am nothing like a barbie!

She is an iconic symbol of what women should be instead of being who they are. She is tall, busty and blonde. Always wears light makeup and pink. Tons and Tons of pink! She is always perky and cheerful and doesn't seem to have a sad thought in her entire being. I on the other hand am short, a brunette with a spunky attitude.

I don't take crap from people and have a pretty bad temper at times. I am crazy and artistic and try not to give a damn about what other people think of me. I absolutely detest the color pink and hate wearing it, and honestly I don't really like looking at it. And for all these reasons is why I chose Barbie as my Alter Ego :)

Review: Lime Crime Cosmetics

As you know, recently I have been sent some sweet products from Lime Crime curtsy of Makeupbee.com. I have done a few looks with them which you can see here and here and now I am going to review each of the product that I have :D Truthfully, I freaking love this brand! The use of their bright bold pigmented shades mixed with the gorgeous packaging and the woman who started it all, Doe Deere, how can you not like this company? Unless of coarse you don't like bright xD

First off, Lime' Crimes Lip Noir's aka Lipsticks. This is what Lime Crime is famous for! Their ridiculously pigmented and bright lipsticks! And the obnoxious amazing bright Pink packaging with the Silver Holographic Unicorn on the side! :D If you couldn't tell I love the packaging!

Review: I freaking love these! and I will defiantly get more! The shade I got is D'Lilac and it is a gorgeous lilac color that leans a little more grey than pink or purple. Which I like because its unique :D It has great pigmentation and glides on easily. I do recommend a lip liner for pro-longed wear. The next colors I am gonna buy are My Beautiful Rocket and No She Didn't. I really wanted Mint To Be but it was a limited edition shade :/

Everybody has been raving about these New Carousel Glosses,which I am sure you have already seen swatches somewhere before. This is what I was most excited about because of how PIGMENTED these are!!

Review: I love these and want more! The shade I got is Golden Ticket, the pigmentation is amazing, the color range is amazing and the packaging is amazing! The only thing I really don't like about these is the sticky feeling. These are VERY sticky! And they have to be to pack that much of a punch when it comes to color. I really want Loop-de-Loop, Kaleidoscope and Candy Apple :D Gotta hurry those because these are Limited Edition and will be going away sometime in February. Also, they smell like Vanilla :D Deliciously sweet!

Next is Eyeshadow, I got two shades: Circus Girl(yellow) and Empress(purple). Circus Girl is my favorite out of the two, it is now my go-to yellow(much brighter than Sugarpill's Buttercupcake IMO).

Review: I wasn't to excited about these to be quite honest. I did a lot of research, looking for swatches and reviews, before I decided which colors to pick and I didn't find a lot of shades that I liked. But they are very pigmented and versatile. These shadows are safe for lips as well so that's a bonus. I really wanna try Dragon Scales, Medussa and Troubadour.

Last, but not least, there is the Candy Eyed Eyeshadow Helper. This stuff is friggin epic! It blows TFSI out of the park! Don't get me wrong, I still love my TFSI but this stuff eliminates the NYX JEP middle man! As you can see from the swatches above the Eyeshadow Helper makes the shadows much brighter, you can especially see this in Empress.

Lime Crime and Makeupbee Collaboration part 2

Hey everyone! Seems like its been forever since I have posted! Here is the second look I created with my Lime Crime products and truthfully I like the first look better but that just me. Tell me what ya think! I had the hardest time trying to think of a way to combine purple and gold without it being cliche and I think I missed the mark. I mean the look isn't bad but I feel that I have seen it before and I also think that the gloss looks funny with my skin tone. This look features Lime Crime's shadow in Empress and their gloss in Golden Ticket.

Lime Crime and Makeupbee Collaboration part 1

I hope everyone had a happy, safe New Years! To kick off this New Year(2-0-1-2 wut wut?!) I wanted to show you guys the first look I have ever done with Lime Crime! As you all know, I am a former Queen Makeup Bee and along with that title comes a lot of fun perks! I have done a few collaborations with Makeupbee before(Velour Lashes, Violent Lips ect.) but none as exciting as this!

We got to choose 2 Magic Dusts, 1 Lipstick, 1 Carousel Gloss and 1 Eye Candy Eye shadow Helper :D I chose Circus Girl, Empress(Magic Dusts), D'Lilac(l/s), and Golden Ticket(Gloss). I will have an in depth massive review of each of the products soon but first I wanted to show you what I created with Circus Girl & D'Lilac(omg sooo gorgeous!)

Seriously just look at this yellow! It's like sunshine!

And D'Lilac is my new favorite lipstick! Its the most unique shade of Lilac so so gorgeous!

New Years Eve

Review: Sleek Pout Paints

Hey everybody! I hope you all had a wonderful Holiday! I know I sure did, I ended up spending most of the day with my family then had dinner at my best friends house and had a blast! I don't know about you guys but my Makeup collection has significantly grown since Christmas. Makeup wise, I got a few products from Sleek, Coastal Scents, and NYX. This girl was very happy! :D

So the first thing I got to review for you is the Sleek Pout Paints. I wanted these because they are a cheaper version of OCC Lip Tars(So I've heard, I have never tried OCC so I can't compare) and because you can mix your own colors! I got four colors from them: Mauve Over(pink), Cloud 9(white), Peek-a-bloo and Lava(red/orange).

Description: "Pout paint is the new ultimate lip pigment that provides a blast of color in one purse sized tube! The intensely saturated formula provides outstanding color pay-off in just one tiny speck, and dries to a long lasting satiny finish. With a wide variety of Pout Paints to choose from you can mix up your very own unique shade using a combination of colors, or simply go for one stand out striking pop of color."

Shades: 11 Total

Price: $8.00

Everything in the description is true, the colors on their own are POW pigmented! All you need is a tiny dot to spread over both your lips, I did find they were a little glossy at first, but after a while the did loose some shine, which I like because you don't want an over glossed lip. It just doesn't look pretty, especially with bright or dark colors. They did feather out a bit so a lip liner is must in my opinion.

But the thing that I love most about these is you can mix them! You can literally create your own colors and have an endless supply of lip colors. If you buy anyone of these, buy the white one(as strange as that sounds) because you can lighten up and change any of the other colors with just a small drop! Needless to say, I love these! I just wish they has more primary colors, that way you could mix the entire rainbow!(yellow please!!)

R-L: Cloud 9, Mauve Over, Lava, Peek-A-Bloo

Just look how gorgeous these colors are! My favorite is Mauve over & Lava, but Cloud 9 & Peek-A-Bloo are absolutely perfect for mixing new shades!

Speaking of mixing, I mixed a few of my own! Its really simple, just like painting, Just have a container to keep the color in, add a dollop of each shade you like(this is Mauve Over & Cloud 9) and mix! Be careful of some colors though because they will make brown(ICK!). Complementary colors create brown when mixed, so Red & Green, Blue & Orange, and Yellow & Purple.

So this is one part Mauve over and two parts Cloud 9. I call it Bubble Gum POP! So gorgeous, it reminds me of Nikki Minaj.

This ended up looking just like my skin tone, its pretty just not for me xD This would look amazing on darker skin tones. This shade is one part Lava and two parts Cloud 9. I call it Peach Sorbet ;D

This one is my absolute favorite!! Just look at that gorgeous purple! I did not want to take this color off! It is equal parts Mauve Over and Peek-A-Bloo. I have a soft spot for purple lips ♥

This is the shade I decided to wear for the rest of the day, it is equal parts Mauve Over, Lava and Peek-A-Bloo. I really have no idea what to call it, its kind of a vampy burgundy, what do you think?

All in all I give this product 4.5 stars. I docked a little just because they don't have all of the Primary colors and you need a lip liner for pro-longed wear. If your asking me, I say BUY IT!! You wont regret it, I promise! It almost defeats the purpose of buying other lip colors!

Dragon Scales with Sugarpill

I really had no idea what to call this, It kind of remind me of the Dragon from Shrek, I was actually going to name this look "IDK What to call this xD" I really wanted to use really bright colors again because it feels like I haven't in SUCH a long time, So I busted out the Sugarpill and got to work. Don't ask why I put the dots there xD I honestly have no idea, just thought it would look cool. My mom asked me if I was going for a dragon or lizard or something so I guess that could explain that xD

"Oh your a girl dragon. I mean of coarse your a girl dragon! Cause your just reeking with feminine beauty!"

Haha that scene always make me laugh, I love Shrek! :D

Classic Christmas

So far I have an unusual take on Christmas and a festive take on Christmas, I have now decided to do a traditional take on Christmas. A simple pinup look with some gold glitter and red lips :) I really like how the whole look came together in the end, everything seemed to work in unison unlike my other looks. I have worn this a few times and every time I do people always say I look like a Candy Cane or Christmasy haha.

Glow in the Dark

My school had a blackout assembly the other day, where everybody wore white and they put up black lights all over the auditorium. It was really fun, I was super excited because I love black lights, I even have one in my bedroom!

Candy Cane Recreation

Gothic Christmas

Has anyone noticed the increase trend of Black lips? So many bloggers have been giving it a try and I decided to jump on the bandwagon! It's such a unique high fashion look. Though of coarse nothing I would want to wear out in public. I did go to the store with this look and I got endless amount of funky stares, which I don't know about you but I don't like getting stared at lol.

I sat down at my computer to create a face chart for a Christmas look, and this is nothing like what I had in mind. I wanted to do somthing sparkly and unique and wasn't quite sure how to go about it. A Lady Gaga Interpretation

I was browsing threw a magazine MONTHS ago about Lady gaga and came across this photo of her that I absolutely fell in love with makeup and had to do my own version of it. Although, I didn't want to use the same colors so I chose Teal and Lime Green. I got sooo many compliments on this look when I wore it I couldn't believe because I actually thought the cut was a teensy bit to high and thought it looked odd, and my eyeliner isn't the best but people still liked it! Of coarse I didn't go out with the heart lips though xD I wiped that off and applied a nude lip gloss. I really hope you guys like this look!

If you follow me on Facebook, you probably saw that I posted a lip swatch and asked you to guess which lipstick it was. I got quite a few good guesses, but no one got it quite right. ;D Now am I here to reveal the mystery lipstick!

Aannnnddd the lipstick is......

Milani's Rose Hip lipstick! I got this because I read online that it was a dupe for a MAC lipstick(of coarse now I can't remember which lipstick that was xD) But I absolutely fell in love with it. It is the brightest, creamiest, smoothest lipstick I have I think. So gorgeous and at a great price! Its less than five USD for a tube, and they have so many gorgeous colors. Milani is quickly becoming one of my favorite drugstore brands :D

Pixiwoo "Modern Metallic" Inspired

Sam from Pixiwoo uploaded a metallic 20's inspired makeup tutorial that she wore for a Halloween party and when I saw it I fell in love and had to do my own version of it. Granted hers is WAY better(professional makeup artist for 15 years can do that do you xD) but it was still way fun! I really loved the way she shaded her brow bone, that's the real reason why I wanted to try it. My version doesn't have the tassels or the fancy hair she did, I think I put a more simplistic/modern grunge look to it. I don't know but I hope you like it as much as I do! :D

Hey guys! I have a sort of different post for you all today. This one is all about embracing your natural beauty and realizing that hey "everyone has flaws and that doesn't make me ugly, it makes me beautiful". One of my favorite quotes ever is "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" and the most important beholder is yourself. If you don't have confidence in yourself than it will show in the way you move and behave. It isn't just about "makeup" its about looking and feeling your 100% best with and WITHOUT makeup. I will admit that I REALLY don't like the way I look without makeup, but i'm not dependent on it, I can leave the house without it. Granted I hate doing that xD But makeup is more of an artform rather than just "looking good", at least for me it is.

There is a Topic on the Beautylish forums called "Nobody is Perfect" and I would really love if each of you participated and took a photo of yourself with and without makeup and POST it! What are your flaws and what do you love about them and yourself? You can find the post here. Review: Maybelline Eye Studio Color Explosion Blue Blowout

Hey guys, I just wanted to finish up my Maybelline palette reviews for you guys(this is waaaayy overdue). I have a couple of things that I want to post before I start doing anything for the holidays( a couple more reviews & finish off my Disney series that got put on hold for Halloween). Product Description: Sophisticated color, ignited by an exclusive Luminizer, reveals amazing color highlights. Explosive pigments sweep on for the truest color payoff. Exclusive Luminizer unleashes a surge of color.

My opinion of this palette is very similar to the other two palettes. Its almost like "Tried one, tried them all". They are pretty pigmented for drugstore shadows, but they seriously need a base and they are way to overpriced. I think they would be good for someone just starting to wear bright shadows :)

I got an ULTA gift card for my birthday and I JUST got around to swatching what I bought! I love NYX soooo freaking much(mostly cause of the cheap prices & unique products). I got quite a bit of Jumbo Pencils, Candy Glitter Liners, a couple Lip Liners & one Liquid Liner :)

First up :) Jumbo Eye Pencils!

Milk( I use this in almost every single look as a brow highlight)

Black Bean(I like using this as a dark base, but it tends to crease on me even with a primer. It's only this shade of JEP too, I don't know why, seems like I'm the only one with this problem xD)

Pots & Pans( I like using this as a base for metallic looks)

Lime( I used this in my Tiana look)

Rocky Mountain Green(Haven't gotten the chance to try this out yet, but sooo pretty!)

Electric Blue(Same with this one)

Purple Velvet(and this one xD)

OMG how gorgeous is this?? AND This is exactly how it looks on the eye! The only think I don't like about this line(although it can be a plus) is that its hard to remove because of its staying power!

Halloween Vampire Tutorial

Okie Dokie! This is my last Halloween look of the seaons and I have to say, I think its my favorite! I had so much fun creating it! I love all the colors, but I do think that it would look more "undead" if you switched the purples/pinks to blue/greens. Just my opinion though :) I hope you guys enjoy this tutorial! :D

My Character is Frankie Stein, who is named after her father Frankenstein! A little about her:

"Frankie is only 15 days old. She has mint green skin, stitches, and bolts, and is new to Monster High. Her pet is a puppy named Watzit. Frankie is very friendly and athletic, but has a clumsy streak, as her body parts tend to fly off."

Now onto the look!! We all decided to take literal interpretations of the dolls(as you probably have already figured out), so they are really perfect for Halloween(yes the sell Monster High Costumes!). This look took FOREVER! Mostly just to paint my face green haha but OMG sooo much fun!!

As you all know, October is Breast Cancer awareness month and I decided to pull out those pinks and create a look specially for the occasion :D Every year me and my mom walk 4 miles for breast cancer awareness, we are going on the 30th and tomorrow is my schools "Pink Out" so I thought this would be the perfect time to post this look :) Praying for all the women who have suffered from, lost, and survived breast cancer ♥
