Review: Coastal Scents Hot Pots!

Hey all! I have been on a buying spree and I bought a few makeup products that I will be reviewing for you! Today we have Coastal Scents Hot Pots. They are little pots of eyeshadow that you can purchase individually, you can also purchase a palette to put them in. They are about $2.00 each, I bought 15 colors. It is really hit or miss with these, so really do your research on each shade before you purchase! But the ones that are good, are amazing! A lot of these shades have been comparable to MAC and Makeup Geek!
Vibrant Red
A nice matte red very comparable to Sugarpill Love+. A bit more orange though.
Dreamsicle
A creamy shimmery light orange, great texture and very blendable!
Solar Flare
A shimmery bright yellow. Easy to work with, gorgeous and soft
I bought this one because I don't have any shimmery yellows, love it!
Amazonian Ice
A gorgeous lime green with amazing shimmer, a peach to work with and has amazing color payoff!

Sassy Grass
This one leans a bit more blue, also shimmery but not as much as Amazonian Ice.Very Grass-like lol
R - L: Vibrant Red, Dreamsicle, Solar Flare, Amazonian Ice, Sassy Grass
Prehistoric Green
A vibrant Matte green, slightly darker in shade. Very smooth
Fresh Chive
A lot more blue toned than the other greens(I know I ordered a lot of greens haha), also matte, a bit more difficult to work with
Vibrant Blue Green
This color is absolutely gorgeous! A slightly more green breakfast at Tiffany teal. Matte texture, sadly the most difficult to work with, I am dying to use it but haven't found any other shades that blend well with it.
Electric Blue
A vibrant Matte Royal blue, Slightly difficult to work with. Comparable to Makeup Geeks Neptune
Niagara
Oh my god this shade is amazing! Its an amazing blue that shines green in the light, shimmery and a dream to work with!
R - L: Prehistoric Green, Fresh Chive, Vibrant Blue Green, Electric Blue, Niagara
Cherry Moss
A shimmery burgundy brown that shimmers green, very similar effect of Niagara, love it!
Chocolate Berry
A warm rustic shimmery dark brown. Almost a burgundy
Raisin Berry
This one is a rustic red, very comparable to NYX Rust
New Terrain
A matte warm brown, perfect for the crease color or contouring. I bought this because I am running low on Makeup Geeks Mocha(I use it every day) and this is a great replacement, it is more warm but still has the same effect
Polished Ivory
A shimmery yellow gold, A perfect highlighter for your tear duct and brow bone. Amazing texture!

R - L: Cherry Moss, Chocolate Berry, Raisin Berry, New Terrain, Polished Ivory
So overall, I think these were a good buy, I will be buying again, I will just focus on the shimmery shades versus the matte shades, they seem to work better, blending better and having better color payoff ect. Now onto the look! I named it after Cherry Moss Eyeshadow
