Dragon Scales with Sugarpill

I really had no idea what to call this, It kind of remind me of the Dragon from Shrek, I was actually going to name this look "IDK What to call this xD" I really wanted to use really bright colors again because it feels like I haven't in SUCH a long time, So I busted out the Sugarpill and got to work. Don't ask why I put the dots there xD I honestly have no idea, just thought it would look cool. My mom asked me if I was going for a dragon or lizard or something so I guess that could explain that xD

Haha that scene always make me laugh, I love Shrek! :D

This look is mega bright and full of Sugarpill goodness! It has been TOO long since I have done a mega bright  look with red. I'm going to be doing a lot more bright looks, it feels so amazing!
