Disney Princesses: Jasmine 2 Looks

Jul 29, 2011 13 comments
I ended up doing two looks for Princess Jasmine. I wasn't happy with the first and I am still not entirely sure If I am happy with the second one. BUT I want you guys to choose which one you want a tutorial for. :)
For the first one I took a lot of inspiration from her dress, and the style of Arabic makeup mostly for the eyeliner. I feel like there is something missing from this look but I can't put my finger on it.
And for the second look, I took inspiration, again from her outfit but I went for a smokier look. But I don't really like the glitter on the inner corner. What do you guys think?

  • NYX JEP - Milk(the entire eye area)

I very much prefer the first one, hands down. I think it speaks to her outfit perfectly and the hint of gold is a lot more effective under the eye than on the inner 3rd.

I don't feel like it's missing anything, the only thing I could THINK to add would be a white line underneath the black liner kind of like you did in your winning MUG Flower look, but I love it as is. Looking forward to the tutorial!

I like look #1 for the gold glitter on the lower lash line, and I like the smokier effect of #2. I would probably go for the smokier effect with the gold on the lower lash line if you were to make a look #3 ;-)

I love a mix of the two... I feel like the colors of the second mimic her clothing more while I love the gold liner on the bottom more. Both are quite pretty, though.

Both looks are great! I don't particularly hate the glitter on the inner corner (come on, who can hate glitter!?), but maybe if you used a lighter glitter, or maybe used a little less? It still look lovely nonetheless. I always love your looks Kassie. Keep it up!
